Sparkles and Sunshine: Botori Riding Pant Review

Botori Riding Pant Review

Happy Thursday!

I am super excited to share one of my first riding outfit looks. Before my first riding lesson, I asked my now-trainer Heather what I should wear because I didn't know. She said to come out in leggings and sneakers (I was learning English). I will swear by that too because honestly there's no point in spending a ton of money on riding gear unless you like it and there's no way to tell until you've done it for a little bit. All of my fellow equestrians know how expensive everything about riding is. This goes for children too - since they're constantly growing, unless they absolutely love it, they don't need to show up in this decked out riding look if it's something they're going to do twice and never want to do again.

I shared that information above because today I am reviewing a company called Botori and their riding pants! Because I initially learned to ride in leggings, as soon as I got my Botori riding pants in the mail, the feel was similar! If you like to exercise, these pants will also remind you of workout leggings.

Their riding pants have the best features:

  • UPF 60+ for outdoor activities
  • Moisture wicking for sweaty workouts
  • High waisted fit with compression
  • Soft ultrasuede knee patches
  • 2 mesh pockets on each side for your phone
Plus these pants are SUPER soft, can have dirt easily removed from them, and they keep great shape after multiple washes. I've worn and washed these pants multiple times and they still look and feel brand new!

I'm 5'5" and purchased a size large. These pants definitely fit true to size so no need to size up or down!

Since I love color, I didn't want to have an all black look. Plus, living in Florida, I'd be dying in the sun from wearing all black ha! I had tried on a few Tailored Sportsman Ice Fill Shirts before and loved them. So, as soon as I saw this one in claret, I immediately grabbed it. The color is pretty close to the knee patch color and from a distance you can't even tell that they're slightly different!

I had a hard time finding this color again. One store in like Canada had a size large so I would check your local tack store to see if they have it! If not, you can't go wrong with black! Plus, if you want more color, since it's cold you can always add a fun winter scarf in a matching color from Hart Outfitters! I think their maroon would match pretty well!

I would recommend Botori's riding pants any day for riding, exercising, or everyday equestrian fashion! What I love most about equestrian pants/breeches/leggings is that they can really create a fashion statement with a regular top, sweater, etc. I mean, if you're going to spend a lot of money on riding apparel, they should be multi-use right?!

If you're interesting in trying out Botori's awesome riding pants, don't forget to use this code SPARKLE10 at checkout for $10 off your purchase of $50 or more! P.S. they have a ton of riding pants options, including their new unicorn pant that I absolutely adore!

  1. Wow, these are very nice details and the prices are very affordable too. I also have been making use of the online deals to save money nowadays and have purchased the beautiful Leggings for my yoga classes. These are in red and white polka dots on black base. So happy with the quality.
