Samantha Bowers was one of the first influencers I started following and she is incredible! Not only does she shared fitness, health and life tips but she's also still in college! I know that when I was in college, I could never have done this due to all of the extracurricular activities I was already involved in. Her recent article is about workout moves to tone your butt that aren't squats! I know we all love to drop it like a squat, but it's always good to switch it up!

She also shared her story about how she left home to pursue her dream and it was so inspiring. If you're looking for some weekly inspo, I think you will find it in her article!
